I'm a licensed acupuncturist, nutritional therapist and natural healer. I received my Bachelors from Yale University, and Masters of Science in Acupuncture from Tristate College of Acupuncture in New York, NY. Since graduating I have apprenticed closely with world-recognized acupuncture master Kiiko Matsumoto. In addition to acupuncture I treat patients using moxibustion, shiatsu, cupping, gua sha, qi gong, mobility, and nutrition. In 2012 I completed my certification with the Nutritional Therapy Association.
I'm a second-degree black belt in the Japanese martial art of Aikido and was first drawn to acupuncture in part through the Aikido world. I also have always practiced diverse athletics, which currently span different martial arts, CrossFit, kettle bells, cycling, mountain biking, skating, hiking, trail running and yoga. According to my man I'm an insanely awesome Paleo cook.
